I’m Laura Houck, a Christian Education Consultant and the Founder of Christ Connections To Education. You can read more about my passion for this project and my search for solutions to help more families in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk and the Southside area of Hampton Roads connect with their best and currently available Christian education options.
As I was helping some parents initially, I realized there was a big disconnect with even being able to locate all of the Christian schools in this area. Not only that, but comparing what was available, taking time to interview those who run each place, finding out about openings, course offerings, financial plans, and more took a lot of time and energy!
Those parents looking expressed their frustration with this process, so I looked further into it and decided it was worth the time to gather all this information firsthand.
